摘要：A new initiative of California cities and the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) aims to achieve greater transparency and enhance the capacity to respond to increasing demands for ethical behavior in public service. This initiative is the subject of a session titled “The Public Official and FPPC: Silent Partners in Transparency” at the League of California Cities 2017 Annual Conference & Expo, Sept. 13–15 in Sacramento.
