摘要：Atribuir connotaciones negativas a un grupo social desde los medios de comunicación y las redes sociales produce narrativas constructoras de identidades marginadas con una fuerte carga estigmatizante. La presente investigación se centra en las narrativas discriminatorias que realizan en las redes sociales sobre los migrantes centroamericanos y contribuye a los estudios que han puesto énfasis al respecto. El objeto de estudio es analizar las representaciones y las narrativas que surgieron a partir del caso conocido como “Lady Frijoles”, para pensar las lógicas de racismo y discriminación en redes sociales. Trabajamos a partir de un análisis cualitativo, buscando comentarios y representaciones compartidas vía Facebook y Twitter tras la aparición del video que un medio de comunicación compartió como un reportaje. Además, utilizamos el software AGEI para realizar un mapeo de las palabras más recurrentes de ese caso y crear una base de datos sobre los tweets. Los resultados apuntan a la necesidad de analizar las expresiones vertidas en las redes sociales para visibilizar la discriminación cotidiana sobre un fenómeno específico, que en este caso es la migración irregular de origen centroamericano en tránsito por México. Estas expresiones se dan bajo algunas condiciones que las permiten como el anonimato, lo instantáneo del mensaje y la facilidad de reproducción.
其他摘要：Attributing negative connotations to a social group from which it produces narratives that construct marginalized identities with a robust stigmatizing charge. Few studies focus on the discriminatory narratives in social networks that Mexicans carry out about Central American migrants. So this research contributes to reflect on this. The object of study is to analyze the representations and narratives that emerged from the case known as “Lady Frijoles”, to think about the logic of racism and discrimination in social networks. We work from qualitative analysis, looking for comments and representations shared via Facebook and Twitter after the appearance of the video that a media outlet shared as a report. Besides, we use AGEI software to map the most recurring words in that case and create a database of tweets. The results point to the need to analyze the expressions spilt on social networks to make visible the daily discrimination on a specific phenomenon, which in this case is the irregular migration of Central American origin in transit through Mexico. These expressions are given under some conditions that allow them such as anonymity, the instantaneousness of the message and the ease of reproduction.
