摘要:This article aims to present the methodology used in a technology company in southern Brazil for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in its operations. The choice of this tool is related to the company's strategic planning, you could revise your goals and objectives, and especially their initiatives for improvement. The deployment occurred between the months of January to July 2017, initially through literature review on the topic, then, with a deep and detailed practical application of the methodology in the company. The result allowed the establishment of performance measures for monitoring of key indicators of the financial and non-financial company. These indicators have decreased the uncertainty margin of planning and also facilitated the decision-making process.
