摘要：Los procesos de globalización e integración han propiciado cambios en las ciudades del mundo que van desde el aumento de población hasta el surgimiento de problemas complejos y de difícil solución. Para enfrentar estos nuevos problemas fue necesario realizar inversión en diversos tipos de tecnologías incluyendo algunas tecnologías disruptivas y el Internet de las cosas que conecta personas y dispositivos. A partir de estos cambios han surgido las ciudades inteligentes. Muchos estudios se realizaron para determinar su conformación; sin embargo, los modelos de ciudad inteligente hasta ahora tienen múltiples componentes y no existe un consenso en cuanto al número o la importancia de los distintos elementos incluidos. El presente artículo propone un nuevo modelo integral que argumentamos, es más fácil de entender y usar.
其他摘要：The processes of globalization and integration have led to changes in cities around world ranging from the increase in population to the emergence of complex problems, which are not easy to solve. To face these new problems, it has become necessary to invest in various types of technologies including some disruptive technologies and the Internet of Things, which connects people and devices. From these changes, Smart Cities have emerged. Many studies have been conducted to determine its conformation; however, the smart city models so far have multiple components and there is no consensus about the number, or the importance of the different elements included. This article proposes a new integral model that we argue is easier to understand and use.
