摘要：The Chinese Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a government-led development campaign to promote economic integration and infrastructure building in Eurasia and beyond, with the aim of reconnecting countries and enhancing prosperity in the historic Silk Road region to improve economic growth and exchange of talents. Since its inception in 2013, there has been a growing literature on the initiative, but educational studies in the context of the BRI have received relatively little study. Nowadays, most universities tend to join international alliances with other universities to expand their scope and promote exchange programs so that they can look more attractive and conquer the international market.This article aims to explore this relationship by conducting work through a combination of policy assessment, and empirical evidence from universities. Also, establish of a theoretical framework in terms of promoting educational policies and practices with respect to broader cultural policies to support the planning and development of the BRI. Given China's resurgence as a world power and its driving force in relaunching the Silk Road, this study contends that the strategic positioning of education at the BRI is a constructive force in the design, strengthening and implementation of the New Silk Road project. This reveals education and its many qualities to promote cultural dissemination, fulfill corporation commitments and accelerate economic growth in harmony with the general structure..
