摘要：Along with the development of the industrial revolution 4.0, the Vietnam Social Insurance Agency has applied a digital transformation to the management of health insurance. To determine the influencing factors and assess the extent to which those factors affect the user's intention to accept digital transformation in health insurance management, the study uses quantitative research methods through descriptive statistics analysis, regression analysis to clarify the research objectives. Specifically, a survey was conducted to collect primary data for the research. The research subject is students from 18-23 years old who actively participate in health insurance. The analysis results show that the intention to accept digital transformation in health insurance management is most strongly influenced by Perceived Ease of Use, followed by Subjective Norms, Habits, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk. Based on the research results, recommendations on policies that promote the application's operational potential; the development of technology and information to maximize and optimize the user experience have been proposed to promote the acceptance of digital transformation of insurers in general and the student in particular.
