摘要：Sexual violence against girls with disabilities is a crime against human dignity and a violation of human rights. Children with disabilities should get better protection from parents, society and the government. This study will examine the nature of criminal responsibility for perpetrators of sexual violence against girls with disabilities. This research is a normative research with a legal and philosophical approach. The results show that the essence of criminal responsibility for perpetrators of sexual violence against girls with disabilities is as a form of legal protection, the application of sanctions against perpetrators and protection from the community is the basic core of respect, promotion, protection, and fulfillment of the dignity of girls with disabilities who become victims of sexual violence..
