摘要:This study aims to test the implementation of online learning based on Google meet on students of the 2020 history and sociology education study program at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type with data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study took 45 students in class A in the History and Sociology Education study program batch 2020. The study used the triangulation method from data obtained through interviews. The results of the research that have been carried out show that(1) The implementation of online learning based on Google meet in the introductory anthropo-sociology course went well and the majority of students responded well because of the ease of access, the whiteboard feature in the Google meet application and also the solution from the lecturer when students experience signal disturbances and power outages that occur in the student environment. (2) The value of student learning outcomes at the category level is very good with a percentage value of 62% and is in the good category with a percentage of 37%. These results indicate that students of the History and Sociology Education study program at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities Education IKIP Budi Utomo obtained very high learning scores for online learning based on Google meet because of the various excellent features that support the lecture process during the COVID-19 pandemic.
