摘要:This research is pre-experimental research, treatment was given to the experimental group without control groups. The study was conducted to determine the effects of cooperative learning type Numbered Head Together (NHT) model to motivation and learning outcomes in Biology science. The design used is one group pretest-posttest. The population was all students of VII grade SMP Negeri 1 Watampone totaled 338 students consisting of 13 group study. Sampling used random sampling. The results showed that (1) the application of cooperative learning NHT increased learning motivation in science Biology of VII grade students SMP Negeri 1 Watampone (2) Learning outcomes in Biology science of VII grade students SMP Negeri 1 Watampone increased through the implementation of cooperative learning NHT (3) application of cooperative learning NHT influences in Biology science learning motivation of VII grade students SMP Negeri 1 Watampone (4) implementation of cooperative learning NHT impacts significantly on learning outcomes in biology science of VII grade students SMP Negeri 1 Watampone.
