摘要:This research aims to describe full day school system in SMAN 11 Makassar. Qualitative research with descriptive approach. Subjects of research are headmaster, vice headmaster of curriculum unit, vice headmaster of human relation unit, vice headmaster of student unit, teachers, and students. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, snowball sampling, and incidental sampling. Data collecting technique are participant observation, depth interviews, and documentation. Technique of data analysis are data reduction, data serving, verification, and data validity test. The result show that implementation of full day school in SMAN 11 Makassar is overtime stated in Permendikbud No 23 Tahun 2017. Implementing full day school system consist of daily activities, weekly,accidentally, and annually. Inhibiting factors are facilities and infrastructures, lack of learning innovations, student background, inequality between student and teachers, schools have not collaborated with educational institutions, and fatigue. Supporting factors are teacher own projector, physics laboratory, chemistry, biology, computer, and language.
