摘要:The education of 4.0 era requires elementary school teachers to integrate the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for learning, therefore having skills in using ICT is a must. This paper discusses the results of research that have the aim of developing an ICT training curriculum so that teachers become professionals. This multi-year research was carried out from 2015 to 2019 using the R&D method for; needs analysis, curriculum structure development and training program development. The results of this study the structure of the training curriculum program has been formed in the training materials needed by elementary school teachers to improve their ICT skills in learning. The training curriculum is expected to be carried out in effective training because it is prepared based on teacher needs in ICT skills for learning in elementary schools.
