摘要:This study aims to determine the effect of(1)ICT in learning to the results of students' National Exams, (2)learning motivation to students' UN results, (3)ICT in learning and student learning motivation to UN results. The research method is quantitative with by survry the distributing questionnaires. It was done at some high schools (Alsiora, ST Petrus, and Adyaksa) in Ende Regency 2018/2019. There are 93 students. The technique of data collection were questionnaries and documentation. The results are(1) ICT brings the positive effect in students UN results, evidenced tcount10,570> 1,990ttable with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. (2) learning motivations have no significance infuluence on exam results, as evidenced by tcount 0.875 <1.990 ttable with a significance of 0.384> 0.05. (3) ICT and learning motivation effect positively the UN results, evidenced Fcount 89,041> 3.10 fTable with a significance of 0,000 <0.05.
