摘要:This research was conducted to know the difference of student’s science learning achievement class VIII of full day and regular school system on science matters. The research method used a quantitative design non-experiment by a comparative approach. The population is students of class VIII SMPN 3 Makassar and SMPN 27 Makassar. Sampling technique with random sampling. The sample of the research is students of class VIII SMPN 3 Makassar and students class VIII SMPN 27 Makassar. Data collection used a documentation techniques. The results showed that the significance of <0.05 ie 0.000 so that the results obtained states that H0 rejected. Significantly,there is a difference in the average achievement of class VIII students in full day school and regular systems. The average achievement of regular junior high school (SMP) system is higher than the full day school system, with 88.16 in regular schools and 72,24 in full day schools.
