其他摘要:The purposes of this research were to (1) synthesize the research methods consisting of the population studied, types of research, research tools, research results and statistics for data analysis. (2) synthesize knowledge Innovation from teacher's learning management of Patumwan Demonstration School, Srinakharinwirot University. Sample of this research was twenty-fifth research about teacher's learning management of Patumwan Demonstration School, SrinakharinwirotUniversity which were completed in the academic year 2010-2018. They were selected purposive sampling techniqe. The synthesis used content analysis techniques. The statistical analysis were reported in percentage. The results of the research synthesis were concluded as follows. 1) The synthesis of research methodology showed that the most of research was collected from the samples (96%). The cluster random sampling was mostly used (48%). Most of samples were used mathayomsuksa 3 students (32%). Science had mostly researched (28%). Most of the types of research were experimental research (76%). The research tool was lesson plan, learning and activity packages. Most of them had one independent variable and one dependent variable. The research models were used Randomized One Group Pretest - Posttest Design (68%). The instrument quality was used validity (80%). All researches had analyzed students' characteristics. The conclusions of the research were summarized on hypothesis. Results of the research were used truly. The data was mostly analyzed by mean (88%) and t – test (60%). 2) the knowledge innovation of the research was found that teacher's learning management used learning and activity packages, skill packages, experiment packages and lesson plan. They used learning management methods such as CISST concepts, 5E model, flipped classroom method, 4WP model, active learning that were variety of learning management. Learning management evaluation used tests and various skills assessment forms. Learning achievement and various behaviors was higher. Students were able to reflect the theory of CISST in creative thinking. The guided activities were used for students in their choice of study plan and profession the working behavior after using the 4WP format was good. Learning achievement evaluation of 360-degree helped the assessment to be effective. 3) The research results used in teaching and learning, guided for learning and teaching in various subjects. In addition, 9 research had been disseminated in research conferences or journals such as The 5th STOU Graduate Research Conference, Rajabhat Rambhai Barni Research Journal, Journal of Educationl Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University, Journal of Library and Information Science Srinakharinwirot University.
