其他摘要:This research article had the objective to analyze the achievement of the Enhancing Participatory Learning for Well-being Project by Teachers Network of Princess Maha Chakri Award Foundation, namely, the reflection of the project evaluation through the methodology of grounded theory. The findings revealed that the integrated well-being of physical, mental, social, and intellectual aspects could be achieved only by the two conditions as follows: 1) Inspiration of teachers to do things creatively, and 2) Knowledge and learning process accumulated in the teachers with the major characteristics leading to the success of the project. For example, the teachers’ knowledge should be based on the new paradigms whereas such knowledge should be integrated and linked to the real life not any textbook. In regard with the learning management, the students should be educated from the inner with the emphasis on the different ability and intellect of the students including the social learning process. As a result, to improve the quality of the teachers throughout the system, the importance should be paid to the building of inspiration, knowledge, and learning of the new-generation teachers so that the new educational paradigms can be created. Achieving this, the learning of the students will be continuously improved resulting finally in the learning society, potential of Thai people for good well-being, and wise cope with the changing global society.
