其他摘要:This research aimed 1) to study leadership and management ofhigher education institutions in Phitsanulok 2) to compare the opinions of teachers and education personnel in higher education institutions in Phitsanulok. 3) to study the recommendations and requirements of leadership and management of higher education Institutions in Phitsanulok. The samples included 327people used to gather information. The instrument was leadership and management state questionnaire. The statistics used in this study are the mean, standard deviation, frequency, t-test and ANOVA. The study found that the leadership and management of higher education institutions in Phitsanulok. Overall, in high level because the administrators practice coveried all of the seven types. The highest level was leadership as a social participant. The comparison of the samples by genders on the leadership and management of higher education Institutions in Phitsanulok each type in overall; no difference. Suggestions and demands are highest. Leaders must have vision, keep pace with change. Leaders need to be morally and ethically, Leaders must set a good example of body, speech and mind and leaders must strive to learn more regularly.
