其他摘要:The purposes of this research were to: 1) study learning factors and indicators on learning leadership of basic school administrators, 2) study current and desirable characteristics on learning leadership of basic school administrators, 3) develop a strengthening learning leadership program of basic school administrators, and 4) study results of implementing the program to basic school administrators. The study was divided into 4 phases. The first phase, studying learning factors and indicators on learning leadership of basic school administrators, 7 experts were selected using the purposive sampling in order to identify the learning leadership factors and indicators of basic school administrators. The second phase, studying current and desirable characteristics on learning leadership of basic school administrators, researcher used the stratified random sampling to select 260 basic school administrators as the samples. The third phase, developing a strengthening learning leadership program of basic school administrators, researcher investigated 9 experts using purposive sampling method to verify and confirm the program. The last phase, studying results of implementing the program to basic school administrators, researcher implemented the program with 10 volunteered school administrators. In order to coolect data; Mean, Standard Deviation, PNI, questionnaires, semi-structure interview, focus group discussion, and model of assessment were used as research tools. The data were then collected using both qualitative and content analysis. The results showed that; 1. Learning factors and indicators on learning leadership of basic school administrators were at high level. There were 6 factors and 32 indicators on learning leadership of basic school administrators as followed; 1) Creativity with 6 indicators, 2) Conducive learning environments with 5 indicators, 3) Integration with 5 indicators, 4) Implementing high technology to work with 6 indicators, 5) Self-directed learning with 5 indicators, and 6) Team - learning with 5 indicators. 2. The current characteristics on learning leadership of basic school administrators were at high level and the desirable characteristics were at the highest level. The highest PNI was the Creativity and next were the Conducive learning environments and the Implementing high technology to work. 3. Developing a strengthening learning leadership program of basic school administrators, the result was at high level of appropriateness. The program consisted of principle, purpose, content, development activities, and measurement and evaluation which included Creativity, Conducive learning environment, Integration, Implementing high technology to work, Self-directed learning, and Team- learning modules. 4. The results of implementing the program to basic school administrators showed that: 4.1 The test scores of the samples after implementing the program were statistically higher than before at .01 level of significance. 4.2 The overall school administrators’ satisfaction analysis on the program was at the highest level.
