其他摘要:Supervision of systematic learning management through teacher Coaching and mentoring to manage learning effectively Is an important role of educational Supervisor. The purposes of this research were. 1) to study components of system of the learning management supervision through teacher coaching-mentoring with supervisor. 2) to study of current situation and desirable characteristics of the learning management supervision through teacher coaching-mentoring. 3) to developed of system of the learning management supervision through teacher coaching-mentoring. 4) to evaluate by using of system of the learning management supervision through teacher coaching-mentoring. The research is divided into 4 phases: Phase 1, The Component of Learning Management Supervision through Teacher Coaching-Mentoring with Supervisor. Conducted with review literature and evaluating the components by 5 experts who have come by choosing a Purposive Sampling. Research tools is aIn-depth interview Analyze data by finding the mean and standard deviation, Phase 2: study current conditions and desirable conditions, supervision of learning management according to instructional concepts and teacher mentoring for supervisors, The sample group were 291 educational supervisors from the Northeastern Educational Service Area Office. This was a randomized, multi-stage. Tools used include Questionnaire, current condition and desirable condition, data analysis by finding the mean and standard deviation and analysis of the priority index, Phase 3 Develop learning management supervision system through Teacher Coaching and mentoring with supervisors. The sample group consisted of 9 qualified persons. Conduct the Focus Group. Tools include Depth interview, in-depth analysis of data from in-depth interviews and phase 4, evaluating the implementation of learning management supervision system through coaching and mentoring for supervisors. The sample group consisted of 6 supervisors and 12 participants of the research team and evaluated the satisfaction of the stakeholders. The tools used for collecting data were the interview form, the test form and the satisfaction assessment form. Analyze data by finding mean and standard deviation and percent. Research results were as follows: 1. The Component of Learning Management Supervision through Teacher Coaching-Mentoring with Supervisor. Consisted of Input consisted of 1) Objective of supervision 2) Person of supervision 3) Method of supervision 4) Knowledge of academic 5) Supervision instrument. 6) evaluation 2. The current situation and expectation of the learning management supervision through teacher coaching-mentoring with supervisors as a whole minimum level and expectation overall as moderately level. 3. The Learning Management Supervision system through Teacher Coaching-Mentoring consisted of Input consisted of 1) Objective of supervision 2) Person of supervision 3) Knowledge of academic 4) Supervision instrument. Process consisted of supervision mythology consisted of 1) Preparation 2) Analysis 3) Goal setting 4) Function 5) Practice 6) Communication and 7) Reflective and Evaluation. Output consisted of 1) Knowledge and understanding of supervision learning management with supervisors.2) The ability of supervise learning management with supervisors. 4. The implementing of Learning Management Supervision system through Teacher Coaching-Mentoring was found that the sample group has more knowledge 22.60 percentage and the satisfaction with the supervision ability of supervisory learning management at the highest level.
