其他摘要:The purpose of this research was to develop a coaching skill development model for school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Research procedure was divided into 3 steps, step 1, to study the coaching condition of the school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolis by studying documents, in-depth interviews with 8 experts from the school director and 4 coaching experts certified by the International Coach Federation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC), totaling 12 people. Step 2, Develop a coaching skill development draft model from data step 1 from school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolis then check the correction, adequacy and appropriation with by in-depth interviews with 9 coaching experts. Step 3 Tryout and evaluation usefulness and possibility of coaching skills development model with the checklist list. The results showed that the development of coaching skills for school administrators in Bangkok consisted of 2 components 1) coaching skills are consisted of 6 skills: 1) building trust, 2) listening, 3) questioning, 4) encouraging, 5) providing feedback and 6) observation. The coaching process has 5 steps: step 1) set agreement, step 2) goal setting, step 3) Exploring and analyzing current situation, step 4) options and planning, and step 5) follow up. From the results of the model tryout and evaluation, it was found that this developed model was propriety, accuracy in high level. The evaluation result in the utility is at the highest level. In the feasibility, the essential skill issues for coaching of school administrators and the process of coaching for school administrators were in the highest and high levels respectively.
