其他摘要:The objectives of this research were to study the supporting factors and obstacles to professional learning community in order to developteacher professional ethics through the information technology systems (E-plc), evaluate the effectiveness, and create proposed policies for the further development. The samples were divided into 3 groups: 36 participants for study factors and obstacles, 55 mentors and 145 student teachers in year 5 for evaluate the effectiveness, and seven participants for create proposed policies. Research tools were interviews, observations, assessments for teacher professional ethics, and a focus group topics. Data analysis included descriptive statistics and content analysis. The research results reported that (1) the supporting factors were positive attitude of the participants, cooperation of the stakeholders, and system availability and the stakeholders. The obstacle factors were negative attitudes of the participants, system availability and the stakeholders, and the complexity of the usage. (2) The effectiveness of the E-plc demonstrated that the student teachers received the highest ratings in teacher professional ethics from self-assessment and mentor teachersby stimulate the student teachers to realise the importance of the professional ethics and allow self-regulation to follow the plan. Nonetheless, The results of the qualitative data analysis show that the increasing teacher professional ethics may also be the result of the students getting the professional teaching morals from their studies and extra curricular activities in each year. (3) The proposed policies are: 3.1 The establishment of the policies to develop teacher students through a systematic and continuous professional learning community. 3.2 To promote the creation of understanding and inspiration for the stakeholders to participate in the community. 3.3 To create a necessary system to promote knowledge 3.4 To support the creation of a network of professional learning communities based on trust, willingness, and team confidence. 3.5 To create a system and a network to promote and develop teachers to use the professional learning community in learner development. 3.6 To establish an organisation culture that strengthens education institutions in order to raise sustainable cooperation in learner development. 3.7 To promote the development of information technology systems that support the creation of professional learning community.
