其他摘要:The purposes of this research were as follows: to 1) to study the academic goals of adolescent students; 2) to compare the academic goals of adolescent students in the experimental group, before and after group counseling; and 3) to compare the academic goals of adolescent students between the experiment group and control group. The sample group in this the study of academic goals were 486 adolescent students at Watraikhing Witthaya School, Samphran Witthaya School, and Kampaengsaenwittaya School, who were selected by multi-stage sampling. The sample in this experiment consisted of 16 students at Watraikhing Witthaya School and used purposive sampling to assess their academic goals. The mean was below the twenty-fifth percentile in order to voluntarily participate in the experiment. The participants were divided into two groups, the experimental and the control group, with eight members in each. The research instruments used in this study were the academic goals of the students, which were also examined in group counseling program. The statistical analyses employed were descriptive statistics, with a t-test for the dependent and independent samples. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the academic goals of the adolescent students were at a high level. The factors of each are as follows, in descending order: commitment (M = 3.78), self-efficacy (M = 3.64) and goal setting in studying (M = 3.60); 2) after group counseling, the academic goals among the adolescent students in the experimental group significantly increased at a level of .01; and 3) adolescent students in the experimental group had significantly increased academic goals compared to the control group, after group counseling and at a level of .01.
