其他摘要:The purposes of this research are as follows: (1) to study the level of reality needs for information technology management in academic administration; (2) to study the level of expectation needs for information technology management in academic administration; and (3) to study the needs assessment for information technology management in academic administration in small-sized schools under the authority of the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office One. The research methodology was survey research by needs assessment. The samples were 196 administrators and teachers of the academic year 2020. The stratified random sampling used simple random sampling. The research instruments were the questionnaire as the dual–response format for priorities with Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The results of the research are as follows: (1) the level of reality needs for information technology management in academic administration were at a high level in all aspects; (2) the level of expectation needs for information technology management in academic administration were at a high level in all aspects; (3) the needs assessment for information technology management in academic administration is that the development of learning resources had the most urgent needs assessment (PNImodified = 0.36), followed by research for the educational improvement (PNImodified = 0.29) and teaching and learning management (PNImodified = 0.26).
