其他摘要:The purposes of this research were 1) Study the teamwork Compentencies and the Personnel Management of the School; 2) Study the relationship between the teamwork Compentencies of school administrators; and teamwork Compentencies affective the Management of Admnistrators the School Area Khlongsan Bangkok. The samples consisted of 127 teachers in the school Area Khlongsan Bangkok by using and Simple stratified random sampling. The instruments used for data collection included a five point-rating scale questionnaire.The IOC was valued since .60-1.00. The Management of Admnistrators the School was .72 and teamwork compentencies of school administrators was .86. The data analysis was performed by mean, standard diviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis- enter method. The research results were as follows; The level of the Personnel Management of the school area Khlongsan Bangkok as a whole was at high level. When considering each aspect, all aspects were ranked of a high level by descending order of the average, as follows; discipline and discipline, human resources development, power planning, release and nomination and appointment; The level of teamwork compentencies of school administrators area Khlongsan Bangkok as a whole was at high level. When considering each aspect, all aspects were ranked of a high level by descending order of the average as follows;the samegoal, trusteachother, interaction,participation and open communication. The relationship between teamwork compentencies and the Management of Admnistrators the School Area Khlongsan Bangkok was found at medium level at.01 level of significance. Teamworkcompentencies effecting to the management of school administrators Area Khlongsan Bangkok. All aspects of teamwork compentencies were mutually affected the management of the school with 18.00 percent at .05 level of significance.
