其他摘要:The purposes of this research are to study Safety Management in Secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office One in Three aspects, i.e. school environment management, school safety management, and safety education. The sample of the study consisted of three hundred and fifty seven teacher, from secondary schools under the authority of the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 1. The instrument used to collect data was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one way analysis of variance. The research findings were as follows: Safety management in the secondary schools under the authority of the Secondary Educational. Service Area Office One in three aspects as a whole were at a high level and individual aspects such as findings on the aspect of school environment management received a high level of feedback, as well as school safety management a high level, while feedback on safety education only received moderate feedback. Comparison of safety management in secondary schools under the authority of Secondary Educational Service Area Office One classified by school size the findings as a whole and the individual aspect had statistically significant differences at a level of .05. Comparisons between safety management in the secondary schools under the authority of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office One classified by work experience found no differences and the individual aspects found the safety education aspect, secondary school teachers with different work experience can be in safety management in secondary schools under the authority of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office One was different was statistically significant at a level of.05. In other words, secondary school teachers with experience of working for authority of the less than or equal to ten years will be in safety management in secondary schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office One in order to keep the aspect of safety education aspect higher level than secondary school teachers with experience of over eleven years.
