其他摘要:The objectives of this research are to study the strategic leadership, culture in organization and the effectiveness of high schools to study the relationship between effective strategic leadership among high schools and the relationship between cultures in organization, the effectiveness of high schools and to study strategic leadership and organizational culture which affect the effectiveness of high schools. The research sample groups included school administrators and teachers in secondary competitive schools in the Secondary Education Service Area Office One. The number of the samples were three hundred and fifty eight people consisting of twenty six school administratives and three hundred and thirty two teachers conducting Multistage Random Sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire with twenty questions on strategic leadership, seventeen questions on the culture of organization and twenty one questions on the effectiveness of the school. The reliability was 0.956, 0.935 and 0.952 respectively. The data analysis methods were mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis by Entermethods. The research showed the following: 1. In terms of strategic leadership, the organizational culture of the school and the effectiveness of high schools were at a high level. 2. The strategic leadership and the effectiveness of the schools were positively related at a statistically significant level of .01. 3. The culture in organization and the effectiveness of the school were positively related at a statistically significant level of .01. 4. The strategic leadership in determining the strategic directions, on the organizational resource management, efficient support for the organizationalculture, on appropriate organizational administration and the organizational culture emphasizing achievement and relationships effecting the effectiveness of the high schools at a statistically significant level at .01 and organizational culture emphasizing self – actualizing and afflictive affected the effectiveness statistically significant level at .05. In terms of strategic leadership emphasizing ethical practices, and the organizational culture emphasizing humanistic encouragement have no effect on the effectiveness of the high schools.
