其他摘要:This research titled “A Development of Creative Leadership Model of Education Institute Administrators under Local Administrative Organization” had the objectives to develop creative leadership model of education institute administrators under Local Administrative Organization and evaluate the feasibility of the creative leadership model of education institute administrators under Local Administrative Organization. The research methodology was conducted in 4 stages. Stage 1: Studying document and related research, and interviewing 5 experts acquired by purposive sampling. Stage 2: Building creative leadership model of education institute administrators under Local Administrative Organization. The researcher utilized guidelines for building the model in Stage 1 in drafting a questionnaire. Then 5 experts were asked to examine its content validity. The acquired data were analyzed by means of Content Validity Index for Item: CVI which yielded the CVI value of 1. Stage 3: Developing creative leadership model of education institute administrators under Local Administrative Organization. The researcher brought a draft of creative leadership model as the issues for a focus group discussion of 10 experts in order to find its appropriateness and accuracy. Stage 4: Evaluating the feasibility of the creative leadership model of education institute administrators under Local Administrative Organization. A seminar was arranged in which questionnaire was distributed to 30 participants. They were administrators of Local Administrative Organization and education institute administrators acquired by purposive sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows. 1. The creative leadership model of education institute administrators under Local Administrative Organization was accurate and appropriate. It consisted of 5 components, i.e. 1) Creative thinking10 items, 2) Teamwork 10 items, 3) Inspiration building 10 items, 4) Problem solving 10 items, and 5) Service recipient-focused 10 items; totally 50 sub-components. 2. The results of the examination of the creative leadership model of education institute administrators under Local Administrative Organization found as follows. It had the feasibility level at the highest level. When considered individual components found all were at the highest level. They were arranged in descending order of mean: Teamwork, Service recipient-focused, Creative thinking, Inspiration building, and Problem solving. They were in accordance with practical guidelines, capable of bringing into practice in real situations.
