其他摘要:The purposes of this research were to find 1) the level of analysis, synthesis and research to develop students competencies of teachers; 2) the level of the transformational leadership of school administrators;3) the relationship between personal factors, analysis, synthesis, research to develop the students competencies of teachers and the transformational leadership of school administrators; 4) the personal factors of personal of teachers and the transformational leadership of school administrators that can predict to competencies of teachers. The samples of this research were three hundred and fifty nine teachersin the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research tools were a questionnaire with reliability .98. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analyse the Pearson Product Moment Correlation and to analyse the equation of multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The findings revealed the following: 1) The Competencies of analysis, synthesis and research to develop students of teachers. The overall was at a high level every other. The highest average score is ranked were analysis, research to develop studentsand synthesis, respectively. 2) Factors of the school transformational leadership on the whole and according to the comments of the teacher in the level of practice was at a high level and every practical aspect was also at a high level. The inspiration building, the idealism influence, the intelligence stimulated and the creating clear vision and the individuality identified, respectively. 3) The transformational leadership of school administrators correlated with the competencies of analysis, synthesis and research to develop students of teachers in the positive way were statistically significant at .01. 4) The factors of the personal aspect of teachers and the school transformational leadership can be predicted by the competencies of analysis, synthesis and research to develop students of teachers is significantly at .01. The prediction is at a percentage of 21.30 for the intelligence stimulated is effecting the highest prediction, age and sex respectively.
