其他摘要:The purposes of this research were (1) to study the of role of promoting learning; (2)transformational leadership of school administrators; (3) teachers in 21stcentury learning management skills; (4) to study the relationship between the role of promoting learning and transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers in terms of 21st century learning management skills; and (5) to analyze the role in promotion of learning and transformational leadership among school administrators and affecting teachers in 21st century learning management skills under the authority oftheNonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office One. The samples used in this research were two hundred and ninety seven school administrators and teachers under the authority of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office 1. The instruments used for data collection was a five point-rating scale questionnaires. The indexofItem- ObjectiveCongruence (IOC) was valued from 0.60 to 1.00.The reliability of the role in promotion of learning at .955, with a reliability of transformational leadership among school administrators was .903 and the reliability of teachers in 21st century learning management skills was .787. The data analysis was performed using mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, multiple correlation and multiple regression analysis enter method. The research results revealed the following; 1. The level of the role in the promotion of learning with school administrators under the authority of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office One and as a whole was at high level. When considering each individual aspect, the research was found to be at a high level in all aspects in descending order of the average, as follows; facilitators, supervisors, superintendents and evaluators, learning management system supporters and learning management system administrators. 2. The level of transformational leadership among school administrators under the authority of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office One was at high level as a whole. When considering each individual aspect, the research was found to be at high level in all aspects in descending order of the average, as follows; individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence or leadership and inspiration motivation. 3. The level of the teachers in terms 21st century learning management skills under the authority of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office One and was at a high level as a whole. When considering each individual aspect, the research was found to be at a high level in all aspects in descending order of the average, as follows; learning and innovation skills, life and career skills and information, media and technology skills. 4. There was a statistically significant and moderately positive relationship at a level of .01 in terms of the role in promotion of learning and transformational leadership of school administrators among teachers 21st century learning management skills under the authority of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office One. 5. The role in promoting learning among school administrators had no effect on teachers in terms of 21st century learning management skills. In contrast, the transformational leadership of school administrators affected teachers in 21st century learning management skills at a .05 level of significance. All aspects of transformational leadership among school administrators mutually affected teachers in 21st century learning management skills under the authority of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office One with a predictive power of 40.50 percent. Standardized Regression Equation Y = .260 (Z2.4) + .202 (Z2.3) Unstandardized Regression Equation = 2.161 + .176(X2.4) + .122(X2.3).
