其他摘要:The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the instructional leadership level and level of public-minded administration among school administrators; 2) the relationship between instructional leadership and public-minded administration level of school administrators; and 3) effects on public-minded administration of school administrators under the authority of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Southern Krungthon Group. The samples consisted of three hundred and thirty-five teachers in the schools under the authority of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Southern Krungthon Group using stratified random sampling. There were three hundred and four questionnaires collected, which accounted for 90.74% of the total. The instruments used for data collection included a five point-rating scale questionnaire. The IOC was valued from .60 to 1.00 and the level of public-minded administration among school administrators were .96. The relationship between instructional leadership was .94 and the administrative skills among school administrators was .94. The data analysis was performed using mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and enter multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the level of public-minded activity management of the administrators of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Southern Krungthon Group, were found to be at a high level, overall. When considering each side, it was found that all of the levels were high. The mean order from the least to the least was a process of managing public-minded activities. The objective of public-minded activity management, the nature of public-minded activities, and public administration and instructional leadership was also at a high level, overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that each of the aspects were at high level. The average order from descending order was to promote a learning atmosphere; 2)to target communications curriculum management and mission assignments; 3) relationships between instructional leadership and public-minded activity management. The results of this study revealed that the Southern Krungthon Group was at a high level (r = .897) and at a .01 level for administrators at theBangkok Metropolitan Administration, Southern Krungthon Group at 80.60% and a level of .05 statistical significance.
