其他摘要:The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of strategic planningamong school administrators; 2) administrative skills among school administrators; 3) the relationship between the administrative skills and strategic planning among school administrators; and 4) to administrate skills and affective strategic planning among school administrators under the authority of the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two. The samples consisted of three hundred and thirty-eight teachers in the schools under the authority of the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two using stratified random sampling. There were three hundred and six questionnaires collected, which accounted for 90.53% of the total. The instruments used for data collection included a five point-rating scale questionnaire. The IOC was valued from .60 to 1.00 and reliability of the questionnaires were .96, the strategic planning among school administrators was .94 and the administrative skills among school administrators was .94. The data analysis was performed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The level of strategic planning among school administrators under the authority of the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two was at a high level as a whole. When considering each aspect, they were ranked at a high level in descending order of the average, as follows; strategy implementation, establishment organizational direction, strategy formulation, strategy control and environmental analysis. 2. The level of administrative skills among school administrators under the authority of the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two was at a high level as a whole. When considering each aspect, they were ranked at a high level in descending order of the average, as follows; educational and instructional skills, conceptual skills, human skills, technical skills and cognitive skills. 3.The relationship between the administrative skills and strategic planning among school administrators under the authority of the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two was at a high level (r = .897) at a .01 level of significance.The aspect of cognitive skills had the highest relationship followed by conceptual skills, technical skills, human skills and educational and instructional skills respectively. 4. All aspects of administrative skills mutually affected the strategic planning among school administrators under the authority of the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two with 80.60 percent at a .05 level of significance.The aspect of cognitive skills had the highest factoring terms of affecting the strategic planning of school administrators followed by human skills, technical skills, educational and instructional skills and conceptual skills respectively.
