其他摘要:The purposes of this research were to study 1)the level of success between world - class standard schools, 2)the level of transformational leadership elements of administrators in a world - class standard school, 3)the relationship between the transformational leadership elements of administrators and the success of world - class standard schools, and 4)the transformational leadership elements of administrators as a predictor of success among world - class standard schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 1. The sample was composed of 323 teachers in schoolsunder the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 1.The instruments for data collection included a Fivepoint-rating scale questionnaires. In two, the questionnaires of students in the success of world - class standard school tests had a reliability of 0.96.In three, a questionnaire on transformational leadership elements among administrators in world - class standard school tests showed a reliability of 0.94. The data analyses were performed by mean, standard deviation, simple correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. The level of success among world - class standard schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 1 was at a high level on the whole. When considering each individual aspect was also at a high level by ranking then from the highest to the lowest mean as follows; the highest average score was academic excellence. The second goal was global social responsibility, which involved creative thinking, and bilingual communication. 2. The level of transformational leadership elements among administrators in world - class standard schools under the Secondary Educational Service, Area Office 1 as a whole was at a high level. When considering each individual aspect, the were also at a high level by ranking then from the highest to the lowest mean as follows; the highest average score was individualized consideration. The second included creative leaders, leading changes, and risky taking. 3. There were positive relationships between the elements of transformational leadership and the success of world - class standard schools at a 0.01 level of significance by ranking, as follows:individualized consideration, creative leadership, leading changes and risk - taking. 4. Variables can predict the success of world - class standard schools by Stepwise found that variables that can predicted success at world - class standard schools were two variables:individualized considerationand risk-taking. Both variables can predict the success of world - class standard schools at 34.3% and statistically significant at a level of 0.01.
