其他摘要:The purposes of this research were 1) to study strategic leadership among private school administrators in the Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area, Office One; 2) to study human resources development among private school administrators of Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area, Office One; 3) to study the relationship between strategic leadership and human resources development among private school administrators in the Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area, Office One; and 4) to study the factors of strategic leadership affecting human resources development among private school administrators in the Phetchaburi Primary EducationService Area, Office One. The samples were consisted of two hundred and 242 teachers in private schools under the authority of the Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area, Office one, in the 2017 academic year by using Krejcie and Morgan (1970:608). The stratified random sampling was performed by using school size as strata. The simple random sampling was applied thereafter by lottery. The instruments used for data collection includeda five-pointratingscalequestionnaires. The index of Item - Objective Congruence (IOC) was valued at 0.60-1.00 andtheCronbach's Alpha was .853. The reliability (α) of strategic leadership of private school administrators was .844 and the reliability (α) of human resources development among private school administrators was .863. The data analysis was performed by mean, standard deviation, the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, multiple correlation and the multiple regression analysis- enter method. The results of the research were as follows:1) The level of strategic leadership among private school administrators in the Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area, Office one as a whole was at high level. When considering each individual aspect, the research was found to be at a high level in all aspects by descending order of the average as follows: strategic direction setting, control balance in the organization, effective organizational culture support, moralpractice focus and resource management in organization.2) The level of human resource development among private school administrators in the Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area, Office one was at high level on the whole. When considering each individual aspect, the research was found to be at a high level in all aspects in descending order of the average as follows: human resources accountability, strategic alignment, human resource management efficiency, human resource management effectiveness and quality of work life. 3)There was a statistically significant and a moderately positive relationship at a level of .01 between strategic leadership and human resources development among private school administrators in the Phetchaburi Primary Education Service, Area Office oneand 4) The five aspects of strategic leadership mutually explained the human resources development among private school administrators in the Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area, Office one, with a predictive power of 48.00 percent and at a .01 level of significance. Strategic leadership in the aspect of control balance in the organization affecting the human resources development of private school administrators with the highest level of affect, followed by strategic direction settings, effective organizational culture support and resources management in organization respectively. Only the emphasis on ethical practice had no effect on the human resources development of private school administrators.
