其他摘要:The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to study the levels of learning organization management among school administrators; 2) to compare the levels of strategic leadership among school administrators; 3) to identify relationships between strategic leadership and effective learning organization management among school administrators; 4) to examine the levels of strategic leadership affecting learning organization management under the authority of the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two.The sample consisted of two hundred and seventy-four teachers employed in schools under the authority of the Prachinburi Primary EducationalService Area, Office Two, and using stratified random sampling. There were two hundred and fifty-four questionnairescollected, which accounted for 92.70% of the total. The instruments used for data collection included a five- point rating scale questionnaire. The IOC was valued from .60 to 1.00 and the reliability of the questionnaire was at .98, the learning organization management of school administrators was .95, and the strategic leadership of school administrators was .97. The data analysis was performed by mean, standard deviation, the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis - enter method. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the level of learning organization management among school administrators was at a high level as a whole;2) The level of strategic leadership among school administratorswas at a high level as a whole;3) There was a statistically significant positive relationship of .01 between strategic leadership and learning organization management among school administrators. The Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r) = .90 showed that the two variables had a relationship at a high level; and 4) strategic leadership affected the learning organization management of school administrators, with a predictive power of 81.90 and a .05 level of statistical significance.Strategicleadershipcould be seen as an implementation of strategy that affects learning organization management among school administrators at the highest level, as follows; determining strategic directions, strategic cortege and evaluation and strategy formulation.
