其他摘要:This research aimed to study the components of administration model based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy in schools, to create an administration model based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy and to substantiate the administration model based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy in schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The sample group for this study consisted of 858 administrators from schools that implemented the sufficiency economy philosophy in providing instructions and managing schools by random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with the index of objective congruence ranking between 0.60-1.00 with the reliability of 0.87.The collected data were analyzed by using exploratory factory analysis and the second order comfirmatory factor analysis. The findings revealed that: 1. The factors of administration model based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy in schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consisted of 3 factors and 79 variables, each variable with factor loading between 0.51 - 0.88, ranking in order of mean, the budget achievement administration with 39 variables, the participation of school administration with 21 variables and the efficient school administrative planning with 19 variables. 2. The administration model based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy in schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consisted of 3 factors - budget achievement administration, participation of school administration and efficient school administrative planning. The Model was proposed by second order confirmatory Factor. 3. The results of the second order confirmatory factor analysis was found that the model was valid and well fitted to the empirical data ( =1387.56, df=2999, p=1.00, GFI=0.91, AGFI=0.91, RMSEA=0.00, SRMR=0.03,) written in descending order: budget achievement administration, participation of school administration and efficient school administrative planning. The square multiple correlations of all factors could explain the administration model based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy in schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission.
