其他摘要:The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the components of the secondary school administration under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 15 and 16. 2)the guidelines and strategies for administration development of secondary schools under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 15 and 16. The research procedures consisted of 2 steps as follows: 1) analysis the components of the secondary school administration development of secondary school under Office of Secondary Educational Service area 15 and16, 2) develop the guidelines and strategies for administration development of secondary schools under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 15 and16.The samples were 57 secondary schools.The respondents were administrators orvice administrators, chief academic teachers, master planner and teachers, totally 228 persons. The instruments for collecting the data were semi-structure interview and questionnaires. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and content analysis. The findings of this research were as follows:1.There were 10 components of the administration development ofsecondary schools under The Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 15 and 16 namely: 1)Leadership Development in School Management 2) Promotion of Technology for Teaching and Learning 3) Promotion of Spirituality of Teachers 4) Developmentof Staff Participation to Improve Quality of Education 5) Technology Development for Enterprise Quality 6) Network Management and Public Relations 7)Developing learners' quality 8) Developing language and career skills9)Developing teachers as professional teachers and 10) Building relationships with the community2.There were 351 guidelines and 5 strategies for development of secondary schools administration development of secondary schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 15 and 16 namely: 1) Development in School Management composed of 110 guidelines 2) Promotion of Technology for Teaching and Learning composed of 21guidelines 3) Developing learners' quality composed of 54 guidelines4) Development of Spirituality of Teachers composed of 76 guidelines 5) Building relationships with the community composed of 90 guidelines.
