其他摘要:The research entitled Factors and Indicators for Integrated Administration of Basic Education School Administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region had the objectives to build factors and indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region, analyze the factors and indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region, and evaluate and confirm the appropriateness of the factors and indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region. The research methodology consisted of 3 stages. Stage 1: Building factors and indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region; Stage 2: Analyzing the factors and indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region; and Stage 3: Evaluating and confirming the appropriateness of the factors and indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region. The samples used in the research were 430 school directors. They were acquired by identifying the sample size following the concepts of Hair; et al. 2006 : 102, followed by multi-stage sampling. The instrument was a Likert 5 rating scale questionnaire; all its items had the CVI of 1.00 and the alpha reliability of .89. The statistics used for data analysis was Exploratory Factor Analysis : EFA. The research results revealed as follows. 1. The building of factors and indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region consisted of 5 factors and 43 indicators. Each factor had number of indicators as follows: 1) leadership, 9 indicators, 2) achievement oriented, 8 indicators, 3) continuous quality improvement, 9 indicators, 4) building network, 9 indicators, and 5) safe environment management, 8 indicators, 2. The factor analysis found the weight values of 43 indicators for integrated administration of basic education school under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region passing the criterion of >.50. Most indicators appeared to be in their original factors. Only 1 indicator, Education school administrators promoting exchanging interactions by managing activities regularly, of the building network factor was moved to the safe environment management factor. 3. The results of the evaluation and confirm the appropriateness of the factors and indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region found every expert confirmed that all indicators for integrated administration of basic education school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office Central Region were appropriate, except the one of the safe environment management factor, Education school administrators promoting exchanging interactions by managing activities regularly, most experts opinioned it should be in the building network factor.
