其他摘要：The objective of this research is to study the future research administration in higher education institutions in the context of Thailand 4.0. Researchmeth ods is future research. There are 20 experts that contributes information in the research. The research uses the EDFR: Ethnographic Delphi Future Research methodology and is divided into 6 steps: (1) Identify the panel experts. (2) Define trends and create research tools. (3) Begin the first trial using the EDFR method by interviewing the 20 experts. (4) Collect and analyze data obtained from the first EDFR trial. (5) Conduct a second EDFR trial by using a questionnaire and attaching statistical feedback to find a consensus within the expert group. (6) Summarize the findings for the future research administration in higher education institutions. Data analysis method uses median statistics and interquartile range. According to the consensus (median ≥ 3.50, Interquartile Range ≤ 1.50), the results of the research indicates that there are a total of 99 trends, which are categorized into 12 main categories: Research objective, research policy, basic structure, researcher development, research management process, research network, good governance, research culture research grants, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination of research results, and research support.
