其他摘要:This is a research report in the topic of the development of Career and Living Skill for learning in the 21st century through the psychological self empowerment process. The purposes of this research are: 1) To develop the Career and Living Skill to choose the right career for learning in the 21st century. 2) To develop and enhance the Career and Living Skill with the psychological self empowerment process. The research process and results were as follows. The first step is to develop Career and Living Skill to choose the suitable career to learn in the 21st century of students in the East of Thailand. The results of Career and Living Skill test development and it’s outcome to be tested with the students from 8 provinces including Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Chonburi, Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chanthaburi and Trat found that students have Career and Living Skill to choose the suitable career for learning in the 21st century is moderate ( = 3.27) when it was considered by sub aspect, the criterion is found almost all sides are moderate ( between 2:51 to 3:50). Except human relation aspect is at a high level ( = 3.57) when sorting by side with the descending order as follows: human relation has the highest scores at a high level ( = 3.57), then language ( = 3.41) reason - Mathematics ( = 3.31), physical and movement ( = 3.30), spatial ( = 3.28) self-understanding ( = 3.26) existence of life ( = 3.20) and music ( = 2.89) respectively. Students in Eastern Provinces Rated human relation in the first rank for their Career and Living Skill then language, reason and mathematic, physical and movement, and spatial aspects respectively. The evaluation results of the recognition of Career and Living Skill for students in accordance with the appropriate job learning in the 21st century are advertiser, counselors, educators, psychologists, politicians, human resource development and marketing.The second rank is philologist, poet, public relation or media consultant, speaker and teachers.The third rank is analyst, judiciary, banker, programmer, engineers, musician, doctor and nurse.The fourth rank is physical therapist, athlete and physical trainer. The fifth rank is architect, artist, conductor, interior, sculptor, inventor, explorer, urban planner, designer and photographers. Step two is to develop Career and Living Skill by using self potential learning guide book, the results showed that the experimental group had been attending Career and Living Skill with the psychological self empowerment process. Found that the students had Career and Living Skill to choose the suitable career for learning in the 21st century in reason – mathematic, Spatial, physical and movement, music, human relation, self understanding, nature, and the intelligence of the popular security utilities, or the existence of life more than pre-test at the level of statistical significance .05, except for the language that was no different from the pre-test.
