其他摘要:The purposes of this research were to study: 1) The level of participatory factors 2)The level of creation of profession learning community in schools 3) The relationship between participatory factors and creation of profession learning community in schools and 4)To create a forecast equation of participatory factors affecting the creation of profession learning community in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 20. The sample consisted of 342 school’s teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 20 by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5 level-rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of participatory factors was equal to .952 and creation of profession learning community was equal to .973. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The participatory factors overall and each aspect were at the high level. 2. The creation of profession learning community in schools overall and each aspect were at the high level. 3. The participatory factors positively correlated with the creation of profession learning community in schools. Significantly at the .01 level. 4. To create a forecast equation of participatory factors affecting the creation of profession learning community in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 20. It was found that four factors were participatory monitoring in evaluation, participating in activities, receiving and utilizing benefits and decision making was the best forecast. The correlation coefficient was .853. It could be forecast at 72.70 percent significantly at the .01 level.
