其他摘要：This research aimed to develop and evaluate a model for a university that is excellent in Thai culinary. The mixed-methods research were structured interviews and individual opinion interviews toward SUAN DUSIT University (SDU), that is considered as excellent in Thai culinary. The key informants were chosen by purposive samplings in to 2 main groups. The first group for developing a model consisted of the faculty executives, the curriculum executives, the university service centers and 14 knowledge management experts. The second group for evaluating a model comprised 5 university executives and 48 teachers from the SDU School of Culinary Arts. The data collection were from group discussion records, structured interview forms, face-to-face questionnaires mainly inquiring about models of being a university that is excellent at Thai culinary, Five rating scales were designed by the researcher and its quality was checked in content validity from experts, content analyses, and descriptive statistics i.e. frequencies, averages, and standard deviations. The salient findings were as follows: A model to be a university that is excellent at Thai food comprised 9 aspects. They are (1) Suan Dusit University has a strong base and Thai food learning cultures, (2) goals, duties, policies, and strategies within the organization, (3) working processes in accordance with the university mission, (4) leadership of changes, (5) organizational adjustments to fit environment 6) being accredited and accepted for university reputation and performances 7) maintaining, and improving human resource, 8) knowledge creating and collecting systems, and 9) the SDU determination to develop itself to be a university that is excellent at Thai food. The result of constructing such a moded from the focus group of experts, found that the highest frequency was a stability foundation and a culture learning of Thai food in Suan Dusit University, followed by transformational leadership. The opinions of the informants toward a model and a way to be a university that is excellent at Thai food revealed that they were all highly agreed (= 4.05, S.D. = 0.43) and said that reputation and performances of SDU is accredited (= 4.13, S.D. = 0.56) and SDU determines to develop its Thai food excellence ( = 4.10, S.D. = 0.58).
