其他摘要:The thesis aims 1) to study the level of cabin crews’ work engagement that related to organization management on the concepts of good governance and human resource management and 2) to study guidelines of organization management on the concepts of good governance and human resource management for encouraging cabin crews’ work engagement. The samples consisted of 1) 375 cabin crews of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited and 2) another 5 cabin crews for key informant. The statistic data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation (S.D.) and analytical interviewed data for descriptive statistic. The research result points that 1) the level of cabin crews’ work engagement on the concepts of good governance was at moderate level. The opinion for the participation was at moderate level which was the last. And the part of human resource management was at moderate level too. The opinion for the compensation and the benefits were the last. 2) The guidelines of organization management on the concepts of good governance and human resource management for encouraging cabin crews’ work engagement consisted of (1) the organization has to give a chance to cabin crew in participating for the decision-making, the management can be verified transparently (2) the organization should provide more communicative channels between cabin crews and executives to create mechanisms which would be able to solve cabin crews’ complaints concretely (3) develop rules and regulations which related to compensation and benefits with fairness and also to comply with current situation.
