摘要:In order to improve the energy utilizationefficiency and driving range of electric vehicle, anelectromechanical flywheel hybrid system based on planetarygear power split is proposed in this study. First, based on theworking principle of planetary gear, the performance of thesystem under six topologies was analyzed. The optimal designschemehe was confirmed. Specially, the speed regulating motorand the flywheel connect with sun gear and ring gearrespectively, the power output from carrier. Then, to meet thedesign requirement of the vehicle, the parameters ofelectromechanical flywheel hybrid device, the drive motor andthe transmission were optimized. Finally, a vehicle dynamicsimulation model was constructed to analyze the dynamic andeconomic performances of the vehicle under differentconditions. Results show that, compared with the originalvehicle driven by a single motor, the new hybrid systemdesigned is able to improve the vehicle economy effectivelywhile maintaining the power performance. Under J1015, NEDCand HWFET cycles, the average operating efficiencies of thepower system are increased by 8.2%, 5.6% and 4.3%.
