摘要：Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder with significant loss of functioning. It is seen that most of the individuals who have this tendency to have chronicity have symptoms from childhood. In the studies conducted, it was determined that the combined treatments with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) were more effective and the recurrence rates were lower. In recent years, the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in childhood has become widespread. In this study, the effectiveness of CBT in children was discussed by considering the developmental characteristics of childhood.
