摘要:Positive psychology, which seeks information that makes human life more meaningful is closely related to many positive results for employees and organizations. Psychological resilience, which has a deep theoretical basis and field of application as a capacity for positive psychology, is a vital adaptive capacity. In our study, the psychological resilience capacity, which is the main basis of holding and continuing life in Afghanistan, which has a collectivist culture, has been the scene of many tragedies caused by poverty and deprivation that has spread to all areas of daily life as a result of the ongoing turmoil for many years. Their feelings of work-related anxiety reflect the stress employees experience while performing their job duties due to their concerns about their organizational functioning and their ability to meet job expectations of their employers. The functionalization of resilience capacity on work-related anxiety in the harsh conditions of daily life was chosen as the subject of study. The study was conducted on academic and administrative staff working in 27 universities in Kabul, the capital city of Afghanistan. As a result of the study, it was found that resilience significantly buffered the feelings of work-related anxiety (anxiety) in the work environment of Afghanistan, where the severity of the most severe conditions was felt, and resilience became functional as a balance factor in daily life.
