  • 摘要:AbstractUsing pyrometer as a sensor for the temperature measurement in the feedback loop of the heating process of complex structures is standard approach. However, the sensor accuracy of temperature measurement depends on emissivity, which correlates with material composition, shape, and the final machining. To achieve required accuracy of temperature measurement, it is necessary to recalibrate the emissivity factor after each batch of products, which is not practical. Therefore, in this paper, we present a different approach that is based on a library of predefined heating curves which correlate with different batches and consequently different rates of heating. As a result, the completion of the heating process is not related to the temperature value, but to the heating time. Such approach also allows efficient recovery in case of the heating process interruption
