Four new 7, 20-epoxy- ent -kauranoids, rubluanins A—D (1—4) and eleven known ones, were isolated from Isodon rubescens var. lushanensis , and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 2—14 were evaluated for their cytotoxicity in several human tumor cell lines (U937, Jurkat, HL-60, K562, SGC790, and HepG2). Among the compounds, lasiokaurin (13) showed significant cytotoxic activity of 0.62 μ M (IC50) in U937 cells.
