摘要：The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning of human resources for educators and education personnel at SMAN 2 Manggelewa. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study technique. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies of principals, teachers, and education staff at SMAN 2 Manggelewa. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction steps, datadisplays, conclusions, as well as the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that the planning of human resource development for educators and education personnel at SMAN 2 Manggelewa is carried out in several steps, namely: determining needs, determining targets, identifying learning principles, implementing programs, identifying benefits and evaluating program results.
