摘要:Based on the competitive strategies proposed by Porter, the objective of this work is presented, which consists of: analyzing and explaining which is the competitive strategy that occurs most frequently in the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (msmes) of Durango capital, from the point of view of sustainability, understood as business survival. To achieve this, an instrument based on the one proposed by Yeung, Ulrich, Nason and Von Glinow, (2000), duly adapted and validated for the local context, was applied to a representa?tive sample of 362 business units. Statistically significant evidence was found indicating that the predominant competitive strategy in the mipyme of Durango Capital is the so-called “leadership in differentiation”.
