摘要:The aim of this qualitative study was to examine the perceptions of select student veterans on study abroad opportunities and experiences. How have student veterans navigated the path to study abroad and made meaning of their study abroad experiences? Findings indicate that student veterans were keenly aware of issues around their preparedness for study abroad, adjustment, identity as a student veteran, and support from their institution. Results from this case study may help inform study abroad professionals and higher education administrators on how to best work with student veterans interested in study abroad.
