摘要：O artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar o Dicionário de Favelas Marielle Franco por meio de um debate amplo sobre a memória como direito à cidade. Para tanto, começamos mapeando a literatura que trata do direito à cidade e da cidade informal marcada pela lógica do esquecimento. Posteriormente, analisamos a história das favelas no Rio de Janeiro para refletir sobre como os sentidos de memória vêm sendo disputados nesses territórios. Apresentamos um breve inventário de projetos sobre memória em favelas e, por fim, apresentamos o Dicionário como parte dessa trajetória de subjetivação e positivação das populações de favelas.
其他摘要：The article aims to present the ‘Marielle Franco’ Favelas Dictionary from a broader debate on memory as a right to the city. Therefore, we begin by mapping out the literature that deals with the right to the city and the informal city as marked by the logic of forgetting. Later, we analyze the history of favelas in Rio de Janeiro to reflect on how the meanings of memory have been disputed in these territories. We present a brief inventory of projects on memory in favelas. And, finally, we present a Dictionary as part of this trajectory of positive subjectivation of favela populations.
